We are at a point where we can change the tide on the oceans. But a healthy ocean requires robust global knowledge of ocean science. We need to work together, connect our actions, and learn from each other.
We Can Not Manage What We Can Not Measure
We are super excited to share with you that we will start a collaboration with Wageningen University & Research. We are sure that most of you know them but in case you don’t…. Wageningen University & Research is based in The Netherlands and is one of the world’s top-ranked universities in the fields of life sciences.
In just a few weeks two Indonesian students of the Wageningen University will join our research team for a three-month internship. They will investigate the historic conditions of The Gilis, the current threats to the ecosystem, the stakeholders involved in marine resource management, and how we can optimize our current coral restoration program ‘Coral Catch’.
Of course, we will keep you up to date and share their adventures, stories, and results with you. Let’s make the oceans great again!
